Hi, I'm Christalyn!

From the time I was young, I was fascinated by the deeper questions of life: Why do we get stuck in patterns we don’t want? Why do our emotions sometimes feel bigger than us? How do we truly heal?

I devoured self-help books, explored spiritual teachings, and sought out mentors who could illuminate the hidden truths of human experience. What started as curiosity became a lifelong calling: to understand the heart, the nervous system, and the profound ways we can transform when given the right support.

My path hasn’t been a straight line. Like many of my clients, I’ve carried my own wounds, traumas, and stories that seemed too heavy to hold. For years, I lived in cycles of self-doubt and over-responsibility—patterns that felt endless.

What changed everything for me wasn’t “thinking harder” or “pushing through.” It was learning to listen: to my body, to my emotions, to the wisdom that was trying to break through underneath the noise.

Through therapy, embodiment practices, and spiritual work, I discovered something radical: healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering who you really are.

I trained as a therapist and somatic coach because I wanted to bring others the kind of transformation that changed my own life. Over the past two decades, I’ve studied with clinical leaders and spiritual teachers, learning how to blend evidence-based practices with intuitive guidance.

But what truly defines my work isn’t a certification or a title—it’s my ability to see the patterns beneath the surface and help you shift them. My clients often tell me: “You saw what I couldn’t name. You helped me step into clarity I didn’t know was possible.”

My Approach

I believe healing is experiential, embodied, and relational. Together, we create a space where:

  • Your nervous system can finally exhale.
  • Your emotions are welcomed as wisdom, not problems.
  • Old patterns dissolve, making space for new ways of being.

I won’t hand you quick fixes. I walk beside you—sometimes gently, sometimes with bold truth—so you can reclaim your freedom, clarity, and connection.

Why I Do This Work

Because I know what it feels like to carry pain that seems endless.
Because I’ve lived the transformation of turning wounds into wisdom.
Because I believe every person is more than their trauma, more than their patterns.

And because I want you to know: you are not broken. You are becoming.

If you’re ready to move beyond old cycles and step into a fuller, freer version of yourself, I would be honored to guide you.
