Somatic Circles

Join us for a two-hour somatic immersion designed to help you move through what’s been restricting you — emotionally, physically, or energetically. In a supportive group setting, we slow down, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and drop into deeper layers of self. Through therapeutic and experiential practices, you’ll explore what’s alive in you, what’s been unexpressed, and begin to integrate it. This is a space for transformation, resonance, and real inner work — done together, in tribe.
